APRIL 2020 NOTICE: During this time of the Coronavirus we’ve stepped up a few of the ways we handle our products & their packaging. There has always been only one person handling the packaging of our decks. We also have a UVC 254 NM cabinet to sterilize packages before they go to the post office. USPS, our shipping provider, is following CDC guidelines for safe shipping. If you have any questions feel free to contact us. Please be safe out there!

When ordering please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct. If you need to make an address correction please contact me as soon as you can. Once I print up your order label and put your item into the post it is out of my hands to correct.

Shipping times will vary from item to item. Most of my items (especially my decks) are sold through pre-order, limited time sales so that I know how many decks to order to cover the sale. There is a two week turn around time at the end of the sale for ordering and receiving my sale items. I post estimated shipping times with each sale. You will receive a shipping notice when your item(s) are ready to ship. There may be up to a forty-eight hour delay between receiving the shipping notice and tracking showing movement. Once in the mail most priority packages take 2 to 3 days to be delivered and first class packages 3 to 5 days.

International orders may take up to two months to arrive, depending on your country’s customs or delivery services. All international orders are sent via the USPS First Class service. I can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, but please understand that in most cases this will only track your shipment to the US borders and no further – though tracking has been improving and I’m seeing more international tracking following the packages through to delivery. Customs fees are not included in my pricing and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to add any additional services to ensure safe delivery, such as additional insurance or signature on delivery, you may contact me directly to arrange for the purchase of these add-ons. These options are currently only available for United States shipments.

** I do not accept any returns or refunds on any of my items. All sales are final. ** does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You will need to contact the USPS and file a claim for the item. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable or for any other reason, is not responsible for any additional shipping fees that may occur. Thank you.
