Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Third Party Product Providers

This site offers print on demand products through third party companies we have an account with. We receive royalties from items purchased there from our account. The only information we receive on these orders is a remittance notice including the product, the design, and royalty amount. This is followed up with a notice that the item has been printed and shipped. Names, emails addresses, or other sensitive information is held solely by that site and The Attic Shoppe Trading Co. has no access to it.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

As part of our anti-spam measures for our contact form, this site uses Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA on our site and use of the Invisible reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

WooCommerce

This site currently uses the StoreFront theme created by WooCommerce to organize and present products. Order information is collected through the WooCommerce plug-in. If you create an account through our shopping cart you can access your stored information at any time. You are also able to delete your account at any time. Your information will be stored for the purpose of processing any related purchases for up to one year.
